When I came to know about iPhoneGameDev, I thought - the ratio of professional Application developers & game developers is same. But I found very few visitors here as compare to stackoverflow. My Question is Why is it so? I believe, Game developers are in bulk size, Then why crowd not entering to iPhoneGameDev? SO has special - sub part - Meta Stack overflow - for bug report etc. Where to ask about - iPhone Game Dev? |

It's a new site with a more focused topic. I go to StackOverflow because I can see questions about Objective-C, but also emacs or Java... I do also come here. There's no reason this site has to replace StackOverflow to be a success. |

The site is extremely new and it will take a while for iPhone bloggers and devs to start to mention in in their blogs. Once there is a critical mass of content, Google search should start to also direct traffic here. |

iPhoneGameDev is relatively new... so most people are probably learning about it via the list of StackExchange sites on meta.stackexchange.com. |
